The Apartment

The house is divided into 2 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 4/5 people.
The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area perfect for enjoying a good coffee or tea.
The living room is spacious and extremely bright place, where you can have lunch or dinner around a crystal table.

Cosy living room

The cosy living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs is perfect for relaxing.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, an induction oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a refrigerator as well as a beautiful peninsula where you can enjoy a quick snack.

Sleeping area

On the same floor you will find the sleeping area, consisting of two attic double bedrooms with the characteristic wooden beams of the period houses (please be careful not to bang your head against the wooden beams!) with very comfortable beds, pillows, pure linen sheets and comforters, and TV.

As well as private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower , bathroom fittings and courtesy kit with shampoo, shower gel and soap and towels of various sizes.
You will also find all the necessary appliances, including a hair dryer and iron.

“Altana” or roof terrace

On the second floor is the beautiful Altana with a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Modena and the Ghirlandina where you can relax and enjoy the view while tasting a coffee or herbal tea or where you can read a newspaper in complete silence.
